Tales Once Forgotten: A Fantasy RP
We are a recently founded Fantasy RP site with a small community hoping to grow.

Heres an abridged version of the plot:
An artifact of immense power is discovered. A large group of people amass to fight to get the object to use for themselves. After a while and most of the competition is wiped out, the remaining people are attacked by these "Creatures". The Creatures spawned from portals that were created due to a magical imbalance created by the war(Every used a ton a magic/ kind of off threw the balance). This imbalance also warped some the survivors in different ways, resulting in the loss of emotion, willpower, or sanity(they worship the creatures).Giant pillars were erected to regulate the magic within all areas to prevent the creatures from spawning after the few survivors that left escaped. 2,000 years passed since this war. The pillars however have begun to weaken. People have begun to search for the Artifact again. Also the descendants of the people affected by the war have inherited the issues their ancestors brought upon them.

The Story takes place all throughout the World of Volos
Roughly two thousand years ago, a great magical war, known as the Great War, was fought over The Hand of God, an artifact from the dawn of time itself capable of granting immense power to its wielder. Once its location had been discovered, people from all over the land went and fought over it. By the time the war was nearly finished, the over use of magic in that area had thrown off the balance which caused these portals to appear in the area releasing these other worldly beings. The Hand of God as had been lost in the commotion and had since been forgotten. Some of those who survived had also been affected by imbalance which caused them to lose their will, emotion and some had their minds completely warped to the point of worshipping these beats. Those who didn’t worship fled as the creatures poured out of the area.
The Survivors fled back to their homeland warning the people of the creatures. The solution they found was to erect these giant pillars that had the power to regulate an areas magic so that the creatures couldn’t spawn. Back to the present times those pillars have begun to weaken and with that, the creatures are beginning to arrive once more. There is also a search again for the Hand of God but this time in the form of four major groups and some minor ones. The four main ones are the Azar, Llyr, Bulut, and Avani. The Azar are descendants of the survivors of the Great War that had still retained a loss of emotion. They seek to reclaim what was lost of theirs. The Llyr are a group of people seeking to restore the willpower of their loved ones who were also affected by their ancestors. The Bulut is a coalition of Magi who seek to use the Hand of God for their own power. Lastly the Avani, A Massive cult formed from the original survivors whose minds were warped to worship the creatures. They tend to work in secret and seek to destroy the pillars while also reclaim the Hand of God to release the Creatures throughout the world.
Though the pillars aren't weakened to dangerous levels, Creatures have begun to spawn through out the land. Some choose to fight, Some choose to support, Some choose to ignore. What will you do?
